This training will be taught by Stephen M. Kohn, partner of whistleblower law firm Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, LLP, Chairman of the Board for the National Whistleblower Center, and adjunct professor at Northeastern School of Law.

Forbes Magazine recently named Mr. Kohn to their inaugural list of Top 200 Attorneys in the United States based on his work representing international whistleblowers (including the Danske Bank Whistleblower and the UBS tax whistleblower who obtained a $104 million award) and his leadership in passing the Anti-Money Laundering Whistleblower Improvement Act. Mr. Kohn has also contributed to other significant legislation and rule-making processes on whistleblowing, and he has trained anti-corruption practitioners in over 100 countries on how to use these highly effective laws.

This workshop is intended to complement discussions at the IACC by providing technical training on how to use the most effective anti-corruption enforcement tool: transnational whistleblower reward laws. Complimentary breakfast and copies of Kohn’s new book Rules for Whistleblowers will be provided.
