NWC Announces Speaker Lineup for March 2nd False Claims Act Celebration

WASHINGTON, D.C. | February 23, 2022 — To commemorate the 159th anniversary of the False Claims Act, National Whistleblower Center (NWC) is hosting a virtual celebration with FCA experts and whistleblower advocates on March 2. The event will begin at 2 PM EST with a LinkedIn Live, co-sponsored by Whistleblower Network News, featuring:

• Henrichsen Law Group Founding Member Neil Henrichsen,
• Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto Founding Partner David Colapinto,
• Whistleblower Law Collaborative Partner Erica Hitchings, and
• Taxpayers Against Fraud President Jeb White.

This panel of experts, moderated by NWC Executive Director Siri Nelson, will discuss the False Claims Act and the need for its continued improvement, followed by live Q&A with the audience. At 4PM EST, NWC will premiere a keynote address from Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), providing a status update on the False Claims Act and emphasizing the necessity of continued improvements. To protect the FCA and reverse the whistleblower decline, Sen. Grassley has worked with colleagues on a new set of amendments.
